Q: How many people can stay in the villa?

A: The maximum is 12. There are beds in the 5 bedrooms to sleep 10, and fold-up beds for the other 2, if required - please let us know in advance.

Q: Are towels provided?

A: All towels and linen are provided, with the exception of beach towels.

Q: Where do we pick up the keys from?

A: The key will be found in a small lock box beside the door. You open this by punching in a PIN which is supplied with the directions.

Q: How far is it to Disney World?

A: It's a 10 -15 minute drive to the gates of Disney World.

Q: Are the pool and spa heated?

A: Pool and spa heating is available as an option. Normally heating is recommended from October through to April. The gas pool heater can heat the pool and spa to a confortable temperature even in January. This uses a lot of gas!! Therefore the pool heating is an optional extra, and the charges are intended to cover the cost of gas used. The pool is set for 85F, and the spa to 95F.

Q: Can we have spa heating without heating the pool?

A: Yes - we now offer a spa only option, where the spa is heated as normal to 95F, and the pool to a minimum of 70F

Q:Why did you choose Indian Point as the location for your villa?

A: We looked at lots of different sites before choosing Indian Point. A good location has to be convenient for Disney, Universal studios, have convenient shopping nearby, have good restaurants nearby, but also be quiet and peaceful. Indian Point meets all these criteria.

Q: What do we do if we have a problem or something doesn't work?

A: Call the management company. They are based locally and will sort things out. The call out number is 24 hour - but we would ask that calls in the middle of the night are for real emergencies only - they need some sleep as well!

Q: Where can we get cheap tickets?

A: You can't. The only way is to waste half a day listening to a timeshare sales pitch. You have better things to do on your vacation.

We can assist with obtaining tickets in advance at a modest discount to the gate price ( see the link to tickets ). You can also purchase them at the travel store located in the nearby Wal-Mart at similar prices. We would always recommend advanced purchase, because it will save money and time in line.

Q: Will we get a sun tan through the bug screen?

A: Yes. The screen keeps out the bugs, but has virtually no effect on the sunlight - so remember the suntan lotion!
